1. Scope of Service

By utilizing the recruitment services of Physician Locum Tenens Medical Services, LLC, the customer (Facility) or applicant (Provider) agrees to be bound by these terms. We act as a professional intermediary for locum tenens placements.

2. Credentialing & Verification

While Physician Locum Tenens Medical Services, LLC conducts rigorous vetting, the final clinical validation and hospital privilege approval remain the sole responsibility of the hiring facility according to their internal bylaws.

3. Malpractice & Liability

Physician Locum Tenens Medical Services, LLC provides A++ rated malpractice insurance for its providers during active assignments. Any claims arising from clinical practice must be reported according to the specific policy guidelines provided at the time of placement.

4. Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from services provided by Physician Locum Tenens Medical Services, LLC shall be handled in the courts located in Putnam County, MO.
